Interview

What makes you different?

I’m a twice French champion in doubles and I’ve also been in the top 50 european juniors in 2020. I won tournaments in singles and doubles on the junior tour and I’ve been in the French team to compete in the European championship. I am capable of serving really hard and I have great net skills which gives me a great advantage on fast surfaces which are my best. According to my coaches, I’m a hard worker and a good match player, who is always giving 100 percent on the court.

Why do you want to compete in college?

While focusing on my tennis, coming from a family of surgeons and doctors with high academic values, I have a strong belief that broadening my educational horizons would make me a better athlete and a better person. I also believe that D1 college tennis is one of the best in the world and that the coaches as well as my future university will provide a perfect environnement to help me develop my game and give me opportunities in both tennis and academic studies.

Tennis and Life goals?

My tennis goal is to be a seeded player in a grand slam, and all in all to see how far can I go. On the academical side I love learning and I would like to learn more about the whole mindset side of American entrepreneurship. I’m sure I’ll be able to conciliate these two points in college and maybe find additional area of interest on the way and redefine my long term goals accordingly.

My tennis goal is to be a seeded player in a grand slam.
